I've looked into this thoroughly just now, and it appears you're right.
Quicksilver is mistaking the AppleScript as being a file and folders
AppleScript as opposed to a text applescript.

I've worked a fix, and I'm just looking into adding a bit more
functionality before I push it to Quicksilver's code base
