In order to have Quicksilver add items to its catalog (so you can find them when you search), you must add them to Quicksilver's "catalog". This is done by going into the Preferences and clicking the "Catalog" preference pane. >From there, go through each of the side panels and tick/untick items you would like to be able to search for in Quicksilver. You can set custom files and folders you would like Quicksilver to add to the catalog by going to the "Custom" pane and clicking the '+' icon in the bottom.
There is already a default catalog item for /Library/Scripts.
