Currently, Quicksilver has no way of checking if it is running more than
once during launch. It is probably something we should implement, and a
problem we are aware of.

For the time being, I suggest you continue as you are doing - just quit one
of them. If you have any ideas as to why two instances of Quicksilver might
be launching, that would be helpful for us
