FYI, I ran into an interesting issue with B69 in 32 bit on 10.7.4. I disabled several plugins but was still seeing their Actions, even after several QS restarts. I then switched it back to 64 bit and started it. At that point the actions were properly removed. When I switched back to 32 bit they were still properly removed.
