I'm using OS X 10.7.4 The calendars are from the iCloud and were generated by the 'Reminders' app. I have 9 lists (not including the 'Inbox' list from 'Reminders' app that doesn't show up in iCal) Every time I choose the to-do action it creates 9 to-do's and 1 for each list. I do have the ability to delete them from iCal and it does sync with Reminders so that I see them deleted there also.
