There are various combinations of permissions on a file and/or is
containing folder that can result in a user not being able to move the file
to the trash. In my experience, Quicksilver prompts for an administrator's
password with some of these combinations, and silently gives up with
others. I've never cared enough about the issue to bother figuring out
which is which, but if you care to take the time to chart it out, I'm sure
QS's dev team would love a nice, informative report with that information
to be filed on the Issue
Tracker<https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues>
.
