I never use the “qss-” prefix either. :-) The only reason you’d need that is to 
tell some *other* application (Mail, Safari, etc.) to open the address using 
Quicksilver. If they’re defined within Quicksilver itself, there should be no 
need (although it shouldn’t hurt anything either).

All of my entries look something like this:
