Unfortunately not at this time. Adding support for filtering catalog items using a regex expression is on the list of features we hope to implement in the future.
You can currently exclude items based on extension or type, so I'm not sure if you could use this some way? Perhaps you could add an extension to the ChronoSync folders and exclude them that way?
