Select the trigger and open its info panel (with the ‘i’ at the bottom of the 
window or ⌘I), then go to the Scope tab. Choose to only enable it in certain 
applications and type “finder” in the box.

But…

  1. As of 10.7, there’s a serious bug with the Finder selection. You can’t 
really trust it.
  2. There’s already a keystroke to move files to the Trash: ⌘⌫
