Why do you need to remove it? Just don’t use it. It really depends on how it’s getting added in the first place. Assuming it’s being added because it’s a bookmark in Chrome, you could find the “Chrome Bookmarks” entry in the catalog prefs, open the info panel, look at the contents, and uncheck that URL. Or you could just go into Chrome and remove the bookmark entirely.
