Yes, but I can confirm that Apple don't really have any way of checking
this/validating this. All you'd have to do would be to upload an app to the
App Store linking to a perfectly innocent file, then change that file upon
app validation ;-)
Of course, if they found out they'd pull the app from the App Store.

I've wanted to make some kind of bundle loader / SIMBL equivalent to key
various different language (yeah, Welsh!) keyboards working on iOS. Doable
with rooting the device (as I said earlier) but that's about it.

XPC on iOS being used by Apple, but it's probably a long way off before us
devs will get it
