Ah, so only the checkbox is grayed out, right? The name is dark? That’s because Bezel is one of the built-in interfaces and can’t be disabled. And I’m guessing where you saw “N/A” was under the Latest version, not under the Status. So it sounds like they’re both installed and loaded fine.
