First of all, have you duplicated the catalog entry by clicking the
'attributes' tab then 'create copy' in the sidebar that pops out of the
prefs?
The Default entries cannot be modified. Although it is strange you can
still move the sliders and things, that needs to be fixed!
If you've done this, then there is currently a known bug with storing the
state of entries between relaunches. It will be fixed in the next version.
In the meantime you can get round this by adding a new catalog entry ('+'
button at the bottom of the catalog prefs <http://qs.qsapp.com/catalog>)
then removing it.
