If you're running the latest QS, the Keychain Access plugin doesn't work
unless you go into Finder, find QS, Get Info and check "Open in 32-bit
mode". There's an open issue on Github to get this fixed but it hasn't
gotten much attention.

Unfortunately, even with QS in 32-bit mode, the actions the plugin provides
for working with actual passwords (copy password to clipboard, get
password, paste password) don't seem to work. Your best bet I think is to
run QS in 32-bit mode to see if the plugin works then. If it does, comment
here <https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues/1007> requesting an
update, and just use QS in 32-bit for now. If it doesn't, include in your
comment that it doesn't so when the devs get around to updating the plugin
they fix its actual functionality too.
