Either.

⌘Y should work in both apps. Spacebar works in Finder and possibly Quicksilver 
too, depending on your preference for Spacebar behavior.

Various places, but you can find several in `/System/Library/PreferencePanes/` 
(or just select one in Quicksilver and Quick Look it from there).

But it sounds like we already know the answer. If this is really bothering you, 
I recommend taking advantage of the new hidden QSFilePreviewTypes setting when 
B71 is released. (It’s available now as a pre-release.)

Personally, I do this:

    defaults write com.blacktree.Quicksilver QSFilePreviewTypes -array 
public.image public.movie public.audio com.adobe.pdf public.x509-certificate
