Do you have the Shelf plugin installed as well? That is required for the Clipboard plugin to work properly. Make sure it's installed, then go to the catalog prefs<http://qsapp.com/catalog> and under 'Quicksilver' make sure 'Shelf & Clipboard' is enabled
