Unfortunately there is no easy way at the moment to only enable a few actions from the Services Menu Plugin. It is perhaps something we could add to the 'actions' preferences, definitely a good idea.
Your best bet is to go to the actions prefs <http://qs.qsapp.com/actions>, choose 'sort by plugin' then select the services menu plugin. Disable any that you don't want.
