I have this same issue – QS tries to update but fails. It doesn't indicate
that it failed either, so I'd been through the update routine but never
noticed I'd fallen several versions behind. I believe it is happening
because QS is in my Utilities folder which requires Admin privileges. I
wish QS would ask for me to give my admin permission, or at least tell me
that the update failed so I can go to the website and manually download and
update. Any fixes for this?
