That sounds like a bug to me. You should file a report 
on https://github.com/quicksilver/Quicksilver/issues.

However, there is just such a command as your ask for. Bring up the 
Clipboard History object in the first pane and select Show Contents in the 
second pane. This will show the clipboard history right in the command 
window's results list, ready for you to work with. It is actually much more 
useful than the clipboard history palette, in my opinion.
