I'm also experiencing a similar issue. For me, it appears to be
specifically with Google Chrome based web search bookmarks. I've tried
uninstall/reinstall of the plugin and the app. I've also tried prefixing my
searches with qss- and without, to no avail.

I noticed that the Google Chrome plugin isn't listing a number next to my
bookmarks, like it's scanned them and found valid ones, but I'm not sure if
that's normally that way or not – normally QuickSilver just works.

Thanks to anyone helping with this issue.
