I am seeing a lot of beachballs lately, since QS upgraded itself to B71 and also upgraded some plugins. There is no reproducible pattern for me, but most of the beachballs show up when I do shelf (or sometimes clipboard) activity.
I'll try to clear out the caches again. Is there any other issue / workaround to try? Right now, I did a 'clipboard history' 'show contents', it popped up the window and started bball. Since then I have killed the quicksilver process using a shell, but the clipboard window is still up and the bball is still going!
