Yeah, that's why I was surprised to see it working at all in New Bezel. I thought that if it was just a spacing issue, we might be able to update it for the new look.
As to what it does: It displays the current date/time at the top of your QS Bezel. Useful to save precious menubar space, especially for laptops (for those who don't use bartender at least;).
