Are you sure that the service hasn't just been deactivated in your Services preferences? (Select Services Preferences... in the Services menu to check.) If it is not there at all, you ought to talk to the Justnotes developer about restoring the service. If you want to build your own Quicksilver action to do the job, you will need to use AppleScript to write it.
