What? So how does one set the default QS email plugin? If it's predefined to be 
the Apple Mail plugin, I'd say remove the default option from the menu. It's 
just confusing things.

FYI this is what the manual said about this for B54 (I'm not positive that's 
it's right, but I'm positive that's what I thought it did):

"In Quicksilver's Preferences under Handlers there is an option “Default”. This 
refers to the system default mail program which can be set in the Mail.app 
Preferences in the General tab under Default Email Reader. This sets the 
Compose Email action to use whatever application handles mailto: URLs. TODO: do 
the Email to… and Email item… actions work? Does the comma trick work?"

Yes, I knew that handling mailto: urls uses the system default setting.
