perhaps try typing the whole word, and scrolling the list for the 'Displays' item. When you've found it use the assign abbreviation action and type 'dis' in the 3rd pane to make Quicksilver learn faster.
if the item isn't there at all, then make sure the catalog entry is enabled. Go to the catalog prefs <http://qs.qsapp.com/catalog>, click 'System', then tick the 'configuration' option.
