Once you've moved Qiucksilver.app to your Applications folder, and double
clicked it, the icon should appear in your dock. Click this to open
Quicksilver, or double click the App in your Applications folder again.
Try clicking this link <http://qs.qsapp.com/command> to open the
preferences to change you 'shortcut' key

If you want to uninstall, just drag the app from Applications to your trash
