It’s always irritated me that you can’t play something in iTunes without also 
adding it to the library, but in this case, you can use that to your advantage. 
There’s just the side effect that one of the files will start playing.

“into Quicksilver”, not Finder. :-)

Not to throw you into the deep end too early, but you can also use the 
“Grab-n-Go” feature. Select the files in Finder as Patrick said, but then just 
bring up Quicksilver, search for iTunes, and hit ⌥⌘G. You should end up with 
something like the screenshot.
