That's how it appears to me (broken in-app system in QS).  After I updated 
QS to v1, my iTunes triggers stopped working and when I looked at the QS 
plugins it showed the iTunes plugin as disabled.  Once I modified the 
version in QSRequirements in Info.plist, QS showed the iTunes plugin as 
enabled.
