If QS is unresponsive, then you could try 'sampling' the process and sending us the information. Here are the steps:
1. While the application is running, launch Activity Monitor (/Applications/Utilities/) 2. Click on the application name to highlight 3. From the View Menu, select Sample Process 4. Click Save 5.
