Quicksilver doesn't seem to recognize notes:///..... type urls. I vaguely recall that in the past it was able to.
I see this mentioned in the past with omnifocus here: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.os.macosx.quicksilver.user/7405 This thread suggests the issue is due to the 3 /s in the url.
