OK, they are both quite similar. A few questions: If you go to the Extras preferences <http://qs.qsapp.com/extras> do you have the 'show task viewer automatically' option enabled? Under the command prefs <http://qs.qsapp.com/command> do you have 'show children in results list' enabled?
