So the reason that you can't just do "m m" then hit  ↩ is because the items in 
question don't match your search right?

If you really don't want to go down the route of triggers (they are very 
powerful - remember you can scope triggers to only work when Quicksilver is 
active), then your best options is to use Synonyms.

* Add the AppleScripts to your catalog
* Under the catalog prefs, click the '+' button and add a synonym. Change the 
name to include what you'd like to search for.
* E.g. for the launch Mail.app action you could use "Mmail.app" - now when you 
search for "m m" mail will show up
* For the AppleScripts, you could just name them to include your search query. 
E.g. for the "Mail.app but with my first mailbox selected", you could name the 
AS Mail1 or something

If you really don't want to be bothered pressing ↩, if you hold the last key 
(e.g. hold "1" when you type "m 1" then Quicksilver will automatically run the 
default action after a few seconds
