As the quoted text said, it was a TODO. I never hoped it to work from the 
get-go. If I do 2. I lose the deactivation function with the same shortcut.

This and its extension to triggers would be I think a much useful feature — 
but again it's not top priority and maybe you devs don't even think the 
same way. That said, I do appreciate some feedback.
