Yep, Jon pointed out I'd got the name wrong. Fixed now. I've fixed the download business for non-logged in users. The extension being used ( https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:PageAttachment ) seems a bit buggy, but it's the best we've got for now.
You're right, the Extra Scripts plugin could be updated.
