If they both have the same bundle ID, then I've just realised this will not work. Could you file a bug with something like "Trigger scope should test on bundle ID and path" - although I'm not 100% sure there's a foolproof solution (e.g. say you move "Google Chrome.app" to "Google Chrome New.app", then it might break.
