To simply reinstall the application itself, simply quit it if it is 
running, then drag the application file from the mounted disk image to the 
Applications folder. Eject the disk image, and double click the application 
file in Applications.

Do realize, though, that reinstalling the application file itself doesn't 
accomplish anything different than using the Check for Updates function 
within Quicksilver's preferences. If you are having some trouble with your 
current settings in Quicksilver, reinstalling the application file will not 
change anything. Instead, you need to troubleshoot your personal settings, 
which are stored elsewhere. See the FAQ Page <http://qsapp.com/wiki/FAQ> for 
some instructions on how to do that. If that doesn't help, then come back 
here and start a new thread describing exactly what your troubles are, so 
that we can help you fix it.
