The AppleScript looks for the currently active application. That’s not what 
Quicksilver’s doing when you run a trigger. It basically blindly runs it …if 
it’s enabled.

When you switch applications, Quicksilver *should* notice the change and 
enable/disable triggers based on their scope and the application you just 
activated.

So the question is not “What does Quicksilver think the front-most application 
is?”. The question is “Did Quicksilver see me switch applications?”
