The Append Text actions seems to have stopped working for me in a recent release. I'm not sure when, but its been at least a few days because my notes doc that I append all my text is empty. I have tried it with several other plain text files also. Nothing is appending and no error is recorded in the log. I am able to edit the text files just fine using a variety of editors.
