I’ve thought about it. Personally, I’d probably implement that as part of the Event Triggers plug-in, since it already kind of does that. We’d just need a way to define dates and times as “events”.
Until then you can always encapsulate a command with ⌃↩ and save it to a file, then schedule the opening of that file using something else like `cron` or `at`.
