I found the Lock Screen feature in 
NoSleep<http://code.google.com/p/macosx-nosleep-extension/source/detail?r=0b1911a8a7529bc47fe3703bd6e3079d8e8b326c>,
 
so maybe it can be of reference to substitute the PPC exec, sometime.
