You can also put in an actual address if “Home” or “Work”
aren’t behaving as expected.
The Apple Mail plug-in does a little bit extra. If one of your addresses
end with the same domain as one of the recipients, it will use that
`From` address instead of the default. Does that explain what you’re
seeing?
