I don't think it's still supported, because I don't remember seeing
source code for it. I wasn't even aware that it was still available
for download ;-).
Neither was I, but it looks like it will show up if you’re running
build 3926 or older.
What version of Quicksilver are you running? The latest official release
is 1.1.3.
