It’s probably triggered when one of the e-mail actions appears in the
second pane.
The mail mediator is a Quicksilver plug-in that knows how to talk to
your mail client. Currently, only Mail, Gmail, and MailMate are
supported. Outlook is not, so I’m not even sure how your setup got
into this state.
If you use one of those three mail clients, install its plug-in and set
it as your Email handler under Preferences → Handlers. If you don’t
use one of those clients, delete the E-mail Support plug-in.
