I am having an issue where any action related icon, specifically for services, seems to reset back to default icons after being loading the first time. For example if i search for “Look Up in Dictionary” the icon for the dictionary is there the first time. If i dismiss QS and relaunch it goes back to the silver gear?
Not sure if this has anything todo with the fact that i am running my own build of QS but i did try it on the prod release with the same results.
