To further clarify what Rob said, the 1Password 4 keychain is incompatible with Quicksilver, and it will always be (this is by design from the 1Password team - no data can be read from the 1P4 keychain except by 1P itself)
What you will need to do is to enable 3rd party integration, and also export your keychain somewhere. Try going to the 1Password preferences and enabling Syncing.
