It’s provided by the E-mail Support plug-in, but that’s basically an
empty shell. The meat of its behavior comes from the plug-in for your
mail client. Currently, there are plug-ins for
* Apple Mail
* MailMate
* Gmail
If you install one of those plug-ins, the E-mail Support plug-in will
get pulled in automatically.
