That is the current version available through Quicksilver, so yes, it
should have been released.
And as a general rule plug-ins move a lot faster than the core
application. That is, there are rarely multiple outstanding changes for
plug-ins at the same time, so a new version is *usually* released within
a few minutes of something getting merged.
