I can do this using apps that allow me to move windows around generally. I use a windows manager called Afloat (you can get it here <http://infinite-labs.net/afloat/> free), which allows you to grab and move windows with the mouse from anywhere within the window,
And I use BetterSnapTool <https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/bettersnaptool/id417375580?mt=12> to move windows to specified areas of the screen using keyboard shortcuts. Both work on the QS interface, though BetterSnapTool doesn't send it to the normal place on the screen that works with other windows - doesn't like the bottom corners for some reason!
