Couldn't find it anywhere in the docs.
Activation should be ⌃Space by default (though I don’t know anyone
that doesn’t immediately change it to ⌘Space). You can change it by
going to Preferences → Command.
If you mean the shortcut for grabbing the current selection (which is
⌘⎋ by default), you can change that by going to Preferences →
Triggers → Quicksilver → Command Window with Selection.
