If you install the ‘Apple Mail Plugin’ (From Quicksilver’s plugins pref pane), then you can search through your Mail.app accounts/messages. To do this, search for ‘Mail’ in Quicksilver’s 1st pane, then press → and search through your specific mailboxes.
